I haven't updated in a very long time! A lot of things have happened in the last few weeks. I finally got placed at a school - well, actually its 3 schools. I was concerned that 3 schools was gonna be too much for me. I wanted to be settled in one school so I could get to know the kids and school staff. But being a newbie, they just placed me where ever the need was. I'm at 2 elementary schools, and 1 high school. After a few weeks of settling in, I actually like where I am. I'm really enjoying my job - I love working with kids and its pretty easy work. I usually don't even stay for 8 whole hours! Awesome! I still have to get up early, which sucks, but my body is getting use to it. I share an office with Debbie - she graduated a semester before me from UH, and we actually met my first semester of college in Zoology lab. She's really great! I'm so glad I share an office with her. It was kinda tough settling in though. I had to get use to the kids, and all their specific goals. I had to get make some schedule changes so I could make all the kids fit. I went home with bad headaches in the beginning, but now things are much better, and I'm starting to really enjoy myself. Too bad my pay SUCKS!

My other big news is that I bought the car of my dreams! Ever since I was 13 and my dad showed me pictures of his 1967 Camaro, I've been in love with them! They stopped making them in 2002, so they are really hard to find. I always wanted the SS model, which is the V8 Sport package, standard, with T-tops, and black leather interior. I joked with Izaak that I wanted to find one that was driven by a grandmother who did frequent oil changes and didn't drive it like crazy. I always thought I'd have to buy it from either a racer or a police officer. About 6 weeks ago, Izaak found one on Cars.com! It was everything I wanted. It was a 2002 SS, silver, standard, with T-tops and black leather. Not only that, but it was being sold by a LADY driver! It was being shipped from Oklahoma. I talked to the lady the day Izaak found it, and she said she'd hold it for me! I got her email address, and we got to know each other. She was selling it cause she had a son, and it was hard to get in and out of. Anyway, after about a month, it got here, and it was beautiful! I bought it a few days later! It's so perfect! It took a while for me to remember how to drive standard, but I'm getting the hang of it ;)

We had to get the tint changed cause it was illegal. I guess in Oklahoma they allow darker tint than here.

The last month of so has been busy, but very good overall.
