I went to the Gap yesterday to shop for my friend's present. When I was there, a lady asked if I wanted a bra fitting. I've always wanted to be sized, cause I think I'm in between an A cup and a B cup. She measured me and said that I was definetely a B cup! I was happy. Then I went into the underwear section, and asked what size would I wear if I wore a size 4. The lady said that I would probably wear an XS, and that I should be wearing a size 2! These ladies were making me feel wonderful! They were trying to make me think that I had bigger boobs and a smaller ass! I think it was all a ploy to make me spend money. I looked at the underwear they had, and decided to buy some. When I walked up to the counter, i realizd that when I was looking for my size, one of the black thongs got caught on my velcro wrist brace! I was walking around the store with this thong on my wrist. Lovely.

I got my externship site assignment. I will be externing at Red-Hill Elementary school. I'm glad because Red Hill is near my house, and I met the SLP that I will be working with. I went there for Audiology clinic, and worked with her. She was really nice. I am suppose to start observing her on tuesday. I'm really scared to start. Wish me luck!

I had an eye exam a few days ago, and they dilated my eyes. Man, my eyes were so messed up after that! I couldnt see near. I had to sit in the waiting room while the drops kicked in, and I couldnt even read a magazine! It was so blurry. Then I had to drive to UH to meet with my research chair. Next time I shouldn't do anything after having my eyes dilated. When I told my optometrist that I was a Speech Language Pathology grad student, he asked me for some advice. He said that his nephew was producing 1 to 2 word utterances and that he was 2 1/2 years old. He wanted to know if he was delayed. I was excited that someone was asking for my opinion!

I went shopping today at Sams club with my mom, then at ala moana with maile and kristie. We went in some expensive stores like Tiffany's. I couldnt believe the size of some of the diamonds in there! They must have been 4 carat solitaires. Amazing. We then had dinner at wolfgang pucks.

Ok... time for me to start snoring...
